Cardio Kickboxing or Tae Bo

Tae Bo: This intense, high-energy, fat-burning class uses boxing, martial art, and dance techniques set to music to help you burn up to 800 per class! The Springville studio’s instructors are Tae Bo™ certified instructors! Come try out our rockin' classes!
Cardio Kickboxing classes are offered at the Springville and Payson schools.

Exercise Ball & Weights (Sculpt)

This is a muscle building and toning class for those interested in gaining lean body mass and losing weight. Please bring an exercise balance ball and 5lb and 8lb weights. (Springville school only)

ZUMBA

Zumba® Fitness is an aerobic style class that is taught with infectious music and easy-to-follow dance moves for seriously body-beautifying benefits. Zumba is Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun”! You do not need a partner to participate in this class.

At the end of the Zumba Classes, stay for some intense pilates and toning exercises designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body by focusing on your deep torso muscles. You will feel energized and toned after experiencing this class. (Springville studio only)

Circuit Training

This incredible circuit-style class combines moves from our Tae Bo and Weights classes and adds bag work, speed drills, agility training and more to bring great variation to your workout! Please bring gloves to hit the bags. (Springville studio only)

Yoga

This Power Yoga class will push your body to the limit! Powerful and dynamic poses are accented by classic yoga poses to help you improve strength, balance and flexibility. Be ready to sweat! (Springville studio only)

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and form of stylized, meditative exercise, characterized by methodically slow circular and stretching movements and positions of bodily balance. (Pleasant Grove studio only)
